2. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if:
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product (for EU withdrawal right) or 30 days for our extended return policy
- The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product is in the same condition as when you received it
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or with broken seals
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
- Products returned after the return period has expired
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery (including unsealed supplement products), in line with applicable EU consumer law.
4. How to Return a Product
Step 1: Contact Us

- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Package the Product
Securely package the product in its original packaging. Include your return authorization number inside the package.
Step 4: Ship the Product
Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns under the EU right of withdrawal:
- You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped
For defective or incorrectly shipped products:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- We may provide a prepaid return label
6. Refunds
6.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
For valid withdrawal requests, reimbursements include the original standard delivery cost (excluding any extra cost for premium delivery options), as required by law.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
